Mac’n Cheese Please


1-Boil one peeled/cut up potato, two carrots and one peeled/cut up onion

2-When soft scoop into blender reserving some water

3-Add nooch, onion powder, salt and pepper

4-Blend until smooth by adding some water and almond/soy milk if desired

5-Mix with cooked pasta in a tray along with some shredded cheddar

6-Bake to crisp the top at 375f for 15 min


Note: You can make the sauce and keep in fridge
