About

You see all the pictures of healthy foods, so colorful and perfectly presented. But we know that in reality we have other responsibilities and don't have hours to dedicate to shopping, planning and cooking.  After discovering that there are so many options available to us in helping avoid meat and dairy products, I then found it a challenge to avoid relying on processed foods.  

After years of researching nutrition, getting an education about the food and the agriculture industry, I began to realized that I needed someone I could ask for tips, guidance and ideas.  I decided to become that person to others.  

My goal is not to turn anyone into a vegan or even a vegetarian.  My goal is instead to be a person to help other feel empowered to get their own health back by avoiding the habits and the products that are contributing to our fatigue, our feeling of being overwhelmed and our declining health.


By making daily decisions to change how we select foods when shopping, cooking and eating out, I believe we will all be better people to ourselves and our families.
