Need to eat while driving? Don’t grab a bagel that has empty calories and you will only be hungry an hour later instead prepare the night before:


Layer a jar with

1-oats

2-almond/oat/soy milk

3-sliced bananas/strawberries/blueberries

4-top with cinnamon/agave

5-cover and stick in the fridge
